MIKUFUAN is a food-making company that was founded in Saga 100 years ago. We use Japanese traditional kasuzuke-making techniques to create many different kinds of foods. We also work hard to use these techniques to make Yuzu-based products with Yuzu pepper. Finally, we now use Yuzu fruit from our own organic Yuzu fields.
In our efforts to promote the culinary palette of Saga to the world, we prioritize the connection between man and nature by selecting the safest natural ingredients for our foods.
