私たち『MIFUKUAN』の「柚子製品」は、粕漬の「漬ける」技術を応用した商品としてはじまりました。
やがて、柚子を自社で栽培したいと思い立ち、1969年。緑と清流の丘、佐賀県富士町。その奥深い山間の棚田跡に植樹しました。人が手を貸すのは草刈と剪定作業のみ、農薬などは一切使用せず、水や肥料も与えない、自然農法の柚子園です。

製品について

自社農園のオーガニック柚子を使用したプレミアムシリーズ。
佐賀県内の契約農家の柚子を用い、幅広く使用していただける柚子製品。
柚子こしょうをはじめ、様々な製品を製造しています。
主にプレミアムシリーズは、有名レストランやファーストクラスの機内食にも採用していただきました。
佐賀の柚子を世界に広めるため、食のプロであるトップシェフへ常に問いかけながら進化し続けることに日々挑戦しています。

We at MIFUKUAN now offer pickled Yuzu fruit products by applying the same preservation techniques used in our state-of-the-art Kasuzuke goods.
In 1969, our company made a pivotal decision to begin cultivating Yuzu fruit. Our Yuzu fruit are harvested in the deep interior mountain ranges of Fuji, a town in Saga prefecture renown for its lush green heights and clear-water streams. Grown, tended to, and picked only by the human hand, all of our Yuzu fruit are grown organically without the use of any agricultural chemicals or fertilizer additives. We pride ourselves on our all-natural approach to Yuzu fruit cultivation.

About our Products

As part of MIFUKUAN’s premium series Yuzu fruit product line, our Yuzu fruit are organically cultivated at an in-house plantation.
Yuzu fruit has an extensive amount of applications in food product manufacturing, realized by efforts and techniques of the many contracted farmers within Saga prefecture. There exists a variety of products in which Yuzu fruit is utilized, Yuzu pepper being a chief example.
Our premium series Yuzu fruit products are used primarily by famous restaurants as well as in first-class in-flight meals.
In order to further expand Saga-grown Yuzu to the global market, we are constantly asking for feedback from professional food experts and top-class chefs, and using what we learn to continually adapt and evolve both the quality and taste of our products, a challenge we embrace at MIFUKUAN day after day.
